Due to the various suppliers used by Carefree Kitchens throughout their many years in operation, warranty differs and falls directly under supplier procedure. The warranty procedure is as follows:
- Identify the part needing replacement – what seems to be the problem? Is it a door/ drawer front? Hinge or pull?
- Contact the store – you will be paired to an employee who will ask you about the damage. You will be required to provide photos or schedule a site visit
- Submit the claim – an employee with submit any necessary evidence and reference information to the supplier for evaluation
Once the supplier makes a decision on your claim, the employee will contact you with options to get your kitchen back to looking beautiful!
