Like many new homebuilders we faced a variety of different setbacks throughout our homebuilding process. Carefree Kitchens and Lighting lived up to their name and ensured that these setbacks would be addressed without giving us a lot of stress given the circumstances. Carefree made themselves available to address our concerns, were honest and upfront with all possible options but were not pushy. I appreciated the freedom they gave my wife and I to make our decision and didn’t allow their agenda to influence our choices. At the end of the day our first homebuilding experience has been positive one and we are looking forward to future purchases at Carefree. We are delighted to tell you that our kitchen is wonderful. The design ideas given to us by Bob worked masterfully with what we were hoping for in our Kitchen. The 3-D diagram of what our kitchen would look like is very true to life, but our new kitchen now looks even more brilliant. The installation by Isaac was very diligent and flawless. We are surprised how quickly our dreams of a new kitchen were made a reality.

I wanted to send a quick note of thanks, because sometimes people don't get the recognition they deserve. Your staff are a credit to your company with professionalism, outstanding customer service and quality end product. Recently, we had an issue with one of our cabinet doors. We needed it replaced quickly, and you provided great service and went ‘above and beyond' my expectations to rectify the problem in a timely fashion. Lawrence did a wonderful job helping me choose the style, color, and type for the kitchen cabinets. Your lighting showroom is fantastic. With all of your selection and great styles to choose from, I had a hard time only taking the one light I was replacing. I ended up upgrading all of the lighting on my upper floor. I was worried that the price was going to be higher than I was anticipated in paying, but was surprised to see how low the bill was. Scott checked several companies in the style and color I was interested in, and pointed out some great clearance lights that I may have missed without his help! Thanks again, and I look forward to visiting you again when we're ready to replace our outdoor lights!
