KITCHEN MAKEOVER EVENT 2011 APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for your interest in applying for the Carefree Kitchen Makeover Event! When reviewing applications, we are looking for individuals or families that are in need of help and could benefit from a complete kitchen makeover. In order to be considered, you must complete this application in full and submit a photo of you and/or your family as well as your current kitchen.

Every application received will be reviewed by Carefree Kitchens & Lighting staff. Please know that anything submitted to us will not be returned and becomes the property of Carefree Kitchens & Lighting. Do not send sentimental photos.

Application forms will be accepted up until September 1, 2011 for this year. The deserving family and winner of the Carefree Kitchen Makeover for 2011 will be announced on September 30, 2011. The kitchen makeover process will begin after this date with an approximate completion date of May 1, 2012!

The deserving family will receive consulting time with a qualified designer to discuss all aspects of their kitchen and what they would like to have. The final outcome (including the final appearance and all materials used) will be at the sole discretion of Carefree Kitchens & Lighting.

If you are nominating a family you know, please include their information on the application form. There will be a separate place on the application for your contact information.
