Keith – Business Development
Keith has been with Carefree Kitchens and Lighting for 10 years, and comes with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to kitchens and lighting. Keith's experience comes from managing numerous projects, from smaller residential jobs to large corporate projects. Keith is an energetic employee who is accurate and detailed orientated. Shauna – Sales and Operations
Shauna oversees the daily operations and sales of the staff of Carefree Kitchens and Lighting. She has a flexible interpersonal style to help build an organized team and facilitate the completion of team goals in Lighting and Cabinets. With over 10 years of management experience and Dale Carnegie Leadership training, Shauna has excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Don – Kitchen Department, Sales Team
Don is a cabinet maker by trade and has been designing and selling kitchens for over 20 years. He has spent 15 of those years with Carefree! Don has an impressive portfolio, which is complemented by his great sense of humour, exceptional customer service skills and a passion for great kitchens. Bob – Kitchen Department, Sales Team
Bob has been with Carefree Kitchens and Lighting for 7 years. Bob has an eye for the latest trends and the design experience to accompany it! Throughout his career, Bob has created and designed many kitchen show homes. Bob has the experience as well as the ability to listen to the needs of the customer and help them achieve their goals at a price that suits their budget. Jason (Jay) has been in Lethbridge for 7 years in the sales and customer service field.
